The Lena River is one of the largest rivers in Russia and flows into the Laptev Sea.
Its main part flows through the territory of Yakutia, as well as through the Irkutsk region, some of its tributaries belong to the Transbaikal, Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk territories and the Republic of Buryatia.
The length of the river is 4.4 thousand kilometers, the area of ​​the basin is almost 2.5 thousand square kilometers.
