Sinskey pillars

National Nature Reserve Lena Pillars was created not so long ago – in 1995 and only in 2012 is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The total area of the reserve is almost 500,000 hectares. Lena Pillars are divided into two parts: the rock formations themselves on the banks of the Lena River and the area Tukuklan, where scientists have found the remains of a mammoth, ancient bison and rhinoceros.
